Large, detailed JPEG of the character/individual's face.
- Imprinted Products:
Vector art is required.
Accepted files are .eps, .ai, .pdf.
All fonts must be converted to outlines.
- Embroidered and Engraved Products:
Accepted files are .jpg or .tiff at 300 dpi or higher.
Normally no additional charges are assessed if clean camera ready artwork with PMS colors indicated is submitted. Poor quality art or art that results in additional time will incur an art charge. All art charges will be billed at $40.00 per hour.
Promotional Adventures, Inc. assumes that all artwork submitted by the customer is in full compliance with the laws governing copyright and/or trademark. Promotional Adventures, Inc. will not be held liable for any damages, costs or expenses arising under these laws as consequences of our use of this artwork.
Bobbleheads / Figurines / Banks: Allow 14 - 18 weeks
Balls: Allow 12 - 14 weeks
Bags: Allow 12 - 14 weeks
Caps: Allow 12 - 14 weeks
Domestic Orders: Allow 15 - 20 days
Overseas Orders: Payment terms are 50% down upon signing of sales order or purchase order with the balance due Net 15 days from ship date.
Domestic Orders: Payment terms are Net 15 days from ship date.
In the event that a customer fails to keep the account current with Promotional Adventures, Inc. all amounts owed by customer shall immediately become due and payable. Should Promotional Adventures, Inc. initiate litigation to recover monies owed by customer, the customer shall also become indebted to Promotional Adventures, Inc. for costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, plus one and one half percent (1.5%) interest per month, compounded daily and calculated from the invoice due date. All agreements shall be deemed to be made under the laws of the State of California and shall for all purposes be construed and enforced in accordance with California Law. Any disputes hereunder shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Since all items are custom, no returns will be accepted without prior authorization of Promotional Adventures, Inc..
No cancellations will be accepted without approval from Promotional Adventures. If approved, the customer will be charged for all costs incurred prior to cancellation. Completed orders cannot be canceled.
Due to manufacturing variances, Promotional Adventures, Inc. reserves
the right to over ship/under ship up to 3% and invoice accordingly.

We will do our best to keep abreast of any situations that may affect shipments and notify customers in advance. Also, prices are subject to change without notice due to currency and material fluctuations.
