Clay Proofs
Allow 14 days for sculpting of preliminary clay model - photos will be sent for review.
If any revisions need to be made, allow 4 days for new photos to review.
Approved clay sculpts will move to painting process. Any changes to the sculpts after this stage will require a new mold and an additional fee will be added.
Painted Proofs
Allow 14 days for initial painted samples – photos will be sent for review.
If any revisions need to be made, allow 4 days for new photos to review.
Approved painted proofs will move to mass production.
Custom Printed Boxes
If purchasing custom printed boxes, a template will be provided to you after approval of painted proofs.
Allow 20 days for production of printed boxes.
Production
Allow 5 weeks for full production.
Allow 4 weeks for ocean shipping, clearing at Port of Los Angeles and delivery to our warehouse.
Allow 4 – 7 days for ground delivery to final location.
