BOBBLEHEAD PRODUCTION PROCESS

  1. Project Details Defined
    • You provide us with photos/images from all sides – the better-quality photos the better the outcome
    • Decide on pose
    • Decide on base shape and details to be included on base
    • Provide vector art for any logos to be used
    • Provide specific PMS colors
  2. Clay Proofs
    • Allow 14 days for sculpting of preliminary clay model - photos will be sent for review.
    • If any revisions need to be made, allow 4 days for new photos to review.
    • Approved clay sculpts will move to painting process. Any changes to the sculpts after this stage will require a new mold and an additional fee will be added.
  3. Painted Proofs
    • Allow 14 days for initial painted samples – photos will be sent for review.
    • If any revisions need to be made, allow 4 days for new photos to review.
    • Approved painted proofs will move to mass production.
  4. Custom Printed Boxes
    • If purchasing custom printed boxes, a template will be provided to you after approval of painted proofs. 
    • Allow 20 days for production of printed boxes.
  5. Production
    • Allow 5 weeks for full production.
    • Allow 4 weeks for ocean shipping, clearing at Port of Los Angeles and delivery to our warehouse.
    • Allow 4 – 7 days for ground delivery to final location.
